INLEA’s in-depth three-year partnership with the Cisco® Networking Academy programme shows how we can deploy a whole range of skills to support even the largest, most diverse and distributed organisations.

INLEA provides both full staffing solutions, budget management and event coordination services for Cisco’s Networking Academies in Europe and Emerging Markets territories. As a result, we serve a geographical area consisting of West and Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America. This includes 4,270 academies, and over 830,00 individual students.

The program is dedicated to educating new generations of networking engineers, providing curricula, classes and practical instruction that result in industry-standard qualifications and much-needed ICT skills. Because of this, INLEA has to provide the highest quality ICT professionals, often at very short notice, and then ensure that their contracts are maintained, they are paid, and their expenses do not go over budget.

Its mission to bridge the ‘digital divide’ between countries, communities and specific groups means that the Networking Academy programme often works with the poor, and in developing countries with little other access to high technology. Even in these circumstances, INLEA has no problem providing the full range of professional services needed.
