On November 5th, members of the linktoStart judges panel met at the Cisco office in Madrid to determine the winners of the 2009 contest. The panel included representatives from Fundación INLEA, Cisco, the Ministry of Industry, as well as special collaboration from David Teixidó, Managing Director of Pasiona Consulting.
